About the role

Join McGrathNicol’s Restructuring Graduate Program and support businesses facing financial distress. You will work on restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements, helping clients restore stability and value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in analysing root causes of financial distress and developing turnaround strategies.
• Participate in the implementation of restructuring plans across a variety of industry sectors.

Required profile

• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Final‑year or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in business, commerce, accounting, economics or finance.
• Willingness to complete the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program.
• Available to start full‑time work in February 2027.
