Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing hospitality team, fostering excellence through coaching and recognition.
• Maintain and exceed Atria’s service standards, anticipating guest needs and personalising experiences.
• Oversee venue presentation and service delivery with precision, upholding the restaurant’s Gold Standards.
• Build lasting relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.

Required profile

• Current RSA certification.
• Relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food and beverage.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent hospitality service knowledge and attention to detail.
