About the role
We are seeking a Reservations Agent who will act as a product ambassador for Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge, delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Receive telephone and email enquiries from prospective guests.
- Complete reservations and promote package offers.
- Tailor itineraries to meet guest preferences.
- Build rapport and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Required profile
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in reception or reservations within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of NewBook reservation system (desirable).
- Passion for guest experience and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
