About the role
We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join Monarto Safari Resort. The role involves handling guest enquiries, making bookings and promoting resort packages while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Receive telephone and email enquiries from prospective guests.
- Complete reservations and tailor itineraries to guest preferences.
- Promote resort packages and upsell additional services.
- Build rapport with guests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in reception or reservations within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of NewBook reservation system (desirable).
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
