About the role
Join SIXT Australia, part of the NRMA family, as a Rental Sales Agent at Sydney Airport. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering premium service and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
- Tailor offers based on a wide variety of vehicles and products.
- Manage bookings and customer data accurately using SIXT’s tech platforms.
- Work a rotating roster covering early mornings to late nights, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Current provisional or full driver’s licence.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with tech platforms for booking and data management.
- Attention to detail and data security awareness.
What we offer
- Hourly base rate from $29.70 per hour plus shift loadings.
- Uncapped sales bonuses and monthly incentive payments.
