Remote Telehealth Nurse – Full‑time

About the role

Dispensed is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join its telehealth team. You will deliver high‑quality patient assessments and consultations entirely from home, supporting individuals across Australia, New Zealand and the UK who seek alternative medicine services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations via phone, including screening, documentation and follow‑up scheduling.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in the patient management system.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Customer Service and Clinical Leadership to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Manage back‑to‑back telehealth appointments in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, especially in clinical documentation.
• Ability to follow structured processes and clinical protocols.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Experience in telehealth or remote work is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Meet, Slack and Deputy.
• Experience using patient management systems for documentation.
• Fast, accurate typing and multitasking capabilities.
