Remote Document Reviewer for AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Document Reviewer to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure that large volumes of data are accurate, consistent, and compliant with privacy standards, directly influencing model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review structured and unstructured documents, confirming accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag data‑quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential PII risks.
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information according to privacy guidelines.
• Follow detailed taxonomies, guidelines, and workflow processes for data categorisation.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to validate data integrity and output quality.
• Maintain comprehensive records of reviewed documents and actions taken.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and adhere to established taxonomies.
• Experience performing QA or validation on large data sets.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a remote environment.
