About the role
Australian Relief Management is recruiting a relief front office officer for a 30-room motel in Gladstone. The relief runs from 15 to 27 November 2026, and the candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the motel during this period.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the 30-room motel.
- Manage Front Office and Reception operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and property presentation.
- Coordinate with the established housekeeping team.
- Ensure smooth motel operations throughout the relief period.
The motel has no food and beverage operations, and linen service is outsourced.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park management is essential.
- Experience with GuestPoint is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to daily motel operations.
Required skills
- Strong front office and reception skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with an established housekeeping team.
