About the role
Australian Relief Management is recruiting a relief manager for a motel in Rockhampton, Queensland, for a 7 to 20 December 2026 shift. The role covers day-to-day motel operations, front office and reception, and guest service, with no food and beverage operations and outsourced linen service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the motel.
- Manage Front Office and Reception operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and property presentation.
- Coordinate with the established housekeeping team.
- Ensure smooth motel operations throughout the relief period.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily motel operations.
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
Required skills
- Strong front office and reception skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Experience with GuestPoint is highly regarded; the resort uses GuestPoint.
