About the role
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor you will use your clinical expertise to guide clients through their recovery journey after physical or psychological injury, adopting a whole‑of‑person approach.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex psychological cases and provide health coaching and support.
- Conduct one‑off vocational assessments both face‑to‑face and virtually across the country.
- Support clients to achieve personal return‑to‑life goals.
- Provide non‑compensation and claim‑related psychological and psychosocial support to large corporate and government customers.
- Utilise award‑winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes.
Required profile
- Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psych or Psychology.
- Eligible for membership with ASORC, AASW or APHRA.
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable.
- Pass a national criminal check and working with children check prior to commencement.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
