About the role
The Graduate Speech Pathologist role at Cerebral Palsy Alliance offers a pathway to develop expertise in complex disability, working with children and families in a purpose‑built facility in North Wollongong.
Key responsibilities
- Provide speech pathology assessment and intervention for children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of over 160 therapists, including feeding and mealtime specialists and physiotherapists.
- Participate in early‑intervention therapy programs and community‑based service delivery.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Required skills
- Clinical speech pathology skills, including evidence‑based intervention.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and follow clinical supervision.
What we offer
- Permanent employment with a graduate program and up to $20k training investment in the first year.
- Salary range approximately $80‑140k AUD inclusive of superannuation.
- Relocation allowance up to $5,000 and flexible working arrangements (full‑time, part‑time, compressed hours).
