Rehabilitation Consultant – Regional Team

About the role

Join MedHealth’s WorkFocus team as a Rehabilitation Consultant supporting regional Western Australia clients. You will deliver workplace rehabilitation services, helping injured employees return to work and achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
• Identify return‑to‑work barriers and design appropriate programs.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes.
• Support large employers, brokers and complex claims across regional WA.

Required profile

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• At least two years experience in workplace rehabilitation or a similar role.
• Willingness to travel regularly (own vehicle and driver’s licence required).
• Strong verbal and written communication, punctuality and time‑management skills.

• Design and monitoring of return‑to‑work programs.
