Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist / Rehab Counsellor

About the role

Join Konekt, a leading rehabilitation and workplace health provider, as a Rehabilitation Consultant. You will use your psychology expertise to help injured workers return to meaningful employment and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to clients recovering from psychological injuries at work or facing personal challenges.
• Deliver injury prevention, rehabilitation, and training services to minimise impact of illness and disability.
• Manage cases, plan and coordinate client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Engage with insurers, employment services and disability providers to support client journeys.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
• Tertiary qualifications in psychology or a related field.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and intervention for psychological injuries.
• Case management and coordination across insurance and employment services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building with diverse stakeholders.
