Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath

About the role

Join IPAR’s Darwin team to provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve return‑to‑health and return‑to‑work outcomes in a wellness‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants, handling assessments, treatment planning and administrative tasks.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‑to‑work outcomes and develop injury‑prevention and workplace education programs.
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
• Conduct initial, workplace and vocational assessments to address diagnosis, psychosocial barriers and suitable employment opportunities.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy.
• Provisional or full professional registration with AHPRA, or accreditation with ESSA/ASORC.
• Compassion, strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Current NT driver’s licence and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
