Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist

About the role

Join MedHealth’s multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant, helping injured employees return to work. You will conduct assessments, identify return‑to‑work barriers and design tailored programmes to support clients’ independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments covering activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment needs.
• Identify and address Return‑to‑Work (RTW) barriers, liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers.
• Develop, implement and monitor customised rehabilitation programmes to achieve RTW benchmarks while minimising case costs.

Required profile

• Australian‑recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver’s licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high‑level customer service.
