Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team on a full‑time basis. You will help injured workers return to meaningful employment by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers following work‑related or non‑work‑related injury or illness.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic and daily‑living assessments.
• Develop and manage case plans, coordinating and monitoring client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders, building strong relationships to support successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPR.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Compassion for people, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
