About the role

APM Group is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to join their flexible contractor team across multiple locations in Australia. You will work independently to support clients in achieving sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to clients.
  • Manage your own caseload and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate return‑to‑work plans.
  • Maintain professional indemnity, public liability and appropriate insurance coverage.

Required profile

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
  • Current registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC).
  • Proven experience in workplace rehabilitation or injury management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
