Registered Nurse – Northern Territory (Aged Care)

About the role

Regis Aged Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its team in the Northern Territory, including locations such as Darwin and Tiwi. You will work in a values‑driven aged‑care environment, providing personalised, holistic care to residents while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor each resident’s health condition and deliver proactive, nurturing care.
• Develop and manage individualised care plans that address holistic needs.
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate documentation of medication plans, interventions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with PCAs and AINs, delegating tasks and supervising care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with reporting and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for caring for older adults and delivering person‑centred care.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse.
• Ability to quickly learn the AN‑ACC funding system (experience preferred).
• Previous nursing experience in aged care, hospital or community settings.
