Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Grace Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. You will deliver safe, person‑centred care to newborns and their families in a world‑class critical care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, family‑centred nursing care to neonates in a high‑acuity NICU setting.
• Act as a role model, upholding NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
• Support the transition to the new state‑of‑the‑art Paediatric Services Building.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Experience in, or strong motivation to work in, neonatal critical care.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑acuity environments.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, family‑centred care.
