Registered Nurse – Family Practice & Women’s Health

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our family‑focused practice in Woodvale. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting both general practice and women’s health services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care and vital sign monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and facilitate diagnostic tests.
• Assist physicians with clinical procedures and support multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Maintain and update patient medical records accurately.
• Deliver patient education and promote health‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Current, valid Registered Nurse qualification and practising certificate.
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care and vital sign monitoring.
• Experience conducting health assessments, diagnostic testing and assisting in procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient‑education abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with solid multitasking capabilities.
• Previous experience in a general practice or women’s health clinic is advantageous.
