About the role
The Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide community nursing care in patients' homes or clinics. This permanent full‑time position offers the chance to work within a supportive, inclusive team at the Hornsby Centre.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care for patients in their homes or clinic settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA registration.
- Current NSW driver’s licence.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred nursing care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for independent and collaborative work.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to manage a diverse caseload.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and care planning.
- Clinical decision‑making and management of complex patient needs.
