Estia Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its aged care service in Strathalbyn. As a nurse you will be a comfort to residents and a leader to the team, helping to shape the future of aged care. The company has 96 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residents' medical needs
• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead and support staff, helping them grow
• Act as a health and safety role model
• Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

• Solid documentation skills
• Knowledge of AN-ACC
