Personal Care Worker - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Personal Care Worker in Strathalbyn to help its residents feel heard, comfortable and well cared for. The role sits within a team supporting residents' daily lives, health and wellbeing, and is open to people who want to be part of aged care.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help keep tabs on residents' health and assist with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents
• Respect every resident's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
