Casual Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health, an aged care provider with 94 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, is looking for a casual Enrolled Nurse in Strathalbyn. The role centres on providing a comforting presence for residents through clinical care, assessment and care planning, and supporting a team approach to resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, the ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
