Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

Arcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in its residential aged‑care homes across Australia. You will work closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care including health assessments, vital‑sign monitoring and medication management.
• Assess, treat and manage wounds while preventing infection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase.
• Identify and address pain using appropriate strategies.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Deliver compassionate palliative and end‑of‑life support.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Friendly, professional and effective communication skills.
