Registered Architect – Darwin

About the role

As an emerging registered Architect, you will lead design, documentation, procurement and delivery in collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, articulate and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and external consultants through all phases to meet requirements and timelines.
• Manage preparation, collation and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interest and complex tenders.
• Work with the Managing Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
• Occasional travel as required.

Required profile

• Registered Architect in Australia.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
