Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Pyrmont sales team. You will drive new business growth across the state, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong, long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sustainable sales performance by achieving regional revenue and gross profit targets with a focus on margin quality.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer supply chain challenges and positioning efm solutions.
• Build and manage a strong new‑business pipeline aligned to strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain industry relationships with key stakeholders, prospects, and partners.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing sales team, providing direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Implement effective sales and business processes and contribute to ongoing improvement of procedures and controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely forecasting, reporting, proposals, and project milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, transport or logistics industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role with sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with all aspects of the business.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving and analytical commercial acumen.
• Confident written and verbal communicator.
