Regional Delivery & Install Team Lead - NSW

About the role

Fisher & Paykel is seeking a Regional Delivery & Installation Team Lead for New South Wales to manage the end‑to‑end delivery and installation function, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of four direct reports and 12 contractors, providing coaching and on‑the‑job development.
• Coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules, optimise vehicle and route capacity, and manage resource constraints.
• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery fleet, customers, logistics partners and internal teams, proactively handling changes and issues.
• Oversee performance reporting including delivery performance, NPS and financial health, using data to drive improvements.
• Maintain high safety standards across vehicle operation, loading, unloading and on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in last‑mile logistics, home delivery or delivery‑installation management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, performance metrics and operational systems.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in cloud‑based platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Familiarity with JDE.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
