Regional Cleaning Business Lead (FIFO 8:6)

About the role

Sodexo is seeking a Regional Cleaning Business Lead to oversee cleaning operations across its IFMS contract in Western Australia. The role is permanent, full‑time and works on an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous improvement and innovation for accommodation room standards and site cleaning activities.
• Lead onboarding, capability development and quality‑assurance governance for cleaning teams.
• Train cleaning leaders to adopt the IFMS collaboration model behaviours.
• Drive cost‑effective ways of working and meet service‑output targets.
• Generate regular reports on regional cleaning targets and KPIs.
• Support cleaning supervisors, resolve escalated operational issues and advise on technology improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience in a similar cleaning supervisory role, preferably managing remote site teams.
• Experience in accommodation or cleaning services in remote locations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high‑level Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• C Class Australian driver’s licence.
