Recruitment Team Leader – Insurance Division

About the role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to head its Insurance division in Melbourne. You will manage an existing team of four consultants, drive business development, and expand the desk’s national accounts while maintaining the high‑performance culture the firm is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of recruitment consultants, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Manage your own portfolio of insurance clients across broking, underwriting, claims and service provider sectors.
• Contribute to the division’s business development strategy and grow strategic partnerships.
• Support the continued expansion of the insurance recruitment division.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality candidate placements and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with clients and candidates.
