This Recruitment Partner role sits at the heart of matching business needs, stakeholder expectations and market conditions, building trusted relationships and helping clients make better decisions. The office is in Spring Hill, Brisbane CBD and the role is open to a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their growth strategies and leadership needs
• Assess candidates for critical appointments
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and strengthen client relationships
• Attend networking and industry events
• Contribute to conversations around leadership, talent and business performance

• Naturally curious and commercially minded
• Relationship-driven and people-focused
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior leaders
• Thoughtful listener who asks great questions
