Recruitment Officer

About the role

Freedom is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join its People & Culture team. You will manage full recruitment cycles in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles, from job ad creation to offer acceptance.
• Write and post job advertisements, review applications, and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Proactively source, headhunt, and build talent pools for current and future hiring.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruitment experience, preferably as an internal recruiter in fast‑paced retail or FMCG environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a high‑volume setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
