Recruitment Manager - Corporate & Professional Services

About the role

Chandler Macleod, one of Australia's oldest large recruitment agencies and part of the global group Recruit Holdings, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to lead its Corporate & Professional Services business in Western Australia. You will report directly to the National GM - Professional Services and manage a team of recruiters while running your own specialist recruitment portfolio across white-collar disciplines such as Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Technical, Business Support and Executive Search. The position is based in the Perth CBD with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment professionals
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer outcomes
• Manage and grow your own recruitment desk
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
• Manage key accounts and deliver recruitment solutions
• Take ownership of financial performance, including P&L accountability
• Contribute to strategic planning and business expansion across WA

Required profile

• Proven success within agency recruitment
• Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Customer-focused, solution-driven approach
• Strong business development and relationship management capability
• Ability to motivate, coach and engage high-performing teams
