Resourcing Specialist (WA)

About the role

HenderCare delivers care and support to people living with disability, children and young people, and older Australians. It is seeking a Resourcing Specialist in Western Australia to source, attract and onboard people for its field-worker roles, including nurses, hospital cleaners and personal care workers. The position is permanent and full-time, with flexible arrangements negotiable after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Screen, interview and shortlist applicants
• Facilitate regular assessment centres
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems
• Work with HR, Compliance and internal teams on onboarding, training and documentation
• Attend career expos and community events to promote HenderCare

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience (agency, internal or employment/job services)
• Prior experience recruiting for nurses and hospital cleaners highly regarded
• Confident engaging with candidates by phone and building rapport
• Ensures candidates meet compliance requirements
• Right to work in Australia; successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks
