Recruitment Consultant – Remote Flexible Role

About the role

This is a flexible, fully remote consulting position with a globally recognised leader in leadership development and executive coaching. You will work independently, shaping your own schedule while helping clients access premium development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through professional, consultative outreach.
• Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate leadership or development programmes.
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and ongoing client relationships.
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Represent the organisation’s brand with integrity and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
