Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare (Psychology focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead our psychology recruitment desk and expand into the broader allied and mental health space. Based in our Sydney office, you will own a national territory and work with fresh accounts to place professionals who make a difference to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the psychology recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and grow the desk into allied and mental health roles as opportunities arise.
• Manage a nationwide territory, building relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Deliver fast, high-quality placements while maintaining a boutique, people-focused approach.
• Collaborate with the internal team to mobilise new accounts and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, medical or allied-health recruitment.
• Background in psychology recruitment is ideal; strong allied-health experience also considered.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker with a clear point of view.
• Desire for autonomy and ability to thrive without micromanagement.
