About the role

The UniLodge Living Group, which manages over 150 properties across mainland Australia and New Zealand, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its People Department at the Brisbane CBD head office. The role suits a talent acquisition specialist who excels in candidate sourcing, direct headhunting and talent pooling, and builds strong pipelines of high-calibre talent for current and future business needs.

This is a highly proactive recruitment role focused on sourcing passive candidates, building talent communities and reducing reliance on traditional job advertising.

Required profile

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across professional and corporate roles, specifically Finance and Marketing roles.
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling experience, with a track record of engaging high-calibre passive candidates.
• A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Current unrestricted working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.

Required skills

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
