Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Zurich Cover-More, the global travel brand of Zurich Insurance Group, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment process and finding great people, working with the broader People team across ANZ and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, referrals and applicant channels to build talent pipelines.
• Support hiring managers through the interview process and give timely, constructive feedback to candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor with market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Lead and contribute to recruitment projects and talent initiatives across the region.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, highly regarded in the financial services industry.
• Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including corporate and customer-facing operational positions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
