Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Goodstart Early Learning is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Murarrie, Brisbane, to manage end-to-end recruitment for centre-based positions. The role partners closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage and secure educators and leaders, developing proactive sourcing strategies and giving expert recruitment advice. It is a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for centre-based positions
• Partner with hiring leaders to attract and secure top talent
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies
• Provide expert recruitment advice and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience

Required profile

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
• Commitment to compliance, governance and safeguarding standards
• Current Queensland Blue Card / Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
