Receptionist

About the role
We are looking for a charismatic, customer‑focused receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our modern Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will help maintain a welcoming and efficiently run front‑of‑house environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain a tidy, organised reception area.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries.
- Collaborate with various departments to support smooth office operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
