About the role
Join the Corporate Services team in Perth as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff. You will create a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience while supporting the smooth operation of the office.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct clients, visitors and new starters, ensuring visitor inductions are completed and access is provided.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain and replenish kitchen, stationery and bathroom supplies, processing orders and invoices as needed.
- Oversee provision of Personal Protective Equipment, polo shirts and corporate uniforms, including invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate internal events, catering and room setups with external contractors.
- Assist with reactive building maintenance and office initiatives.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients, managers and staff to deliver high‑quality administrative support.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional presentation and a passion for helping people.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
