Re-Engagement Agent – High Earnings with No Rotating Shifts

About the role

Join Compare Club as a Re‑Engagement Agent, working from our modern St Kilda Road office. You will reconnect with past enquiries, using high‑volume outbound calls to revive interest in health insurance, loans and utilities solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 calls per day (3–4 hours of talk time) to warm leads.
• Follow scripts and use personal charisma to overcome objections, qualify needs and hand off qualified prospects to specialist brokers.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills gained from retail, hospitality, door‑to‑door sales or contact‑centre experience.
• Highly motivated by financial reward, resilient to rejection and goal‑oriented.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights.

What we offer

• Base salary up to $65,000 AUD + super, with uncapped commissions and OTE around $130,000 AUD.
