Quantitative Campus Recruiter

About the role

Join Susquehanna’s in‑house recruiting team as a Quantitative Campus Recruiter, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of campus recruiting efforts. You will interview and assess quantitative candidates, build relationships with universities, and influence hiring strategy and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interview and assess campus candidates using probability and logic questions.
• Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and create an annual campus hiring strategy.
• Design, produce, and execute onsite and external recruiting events.
• Scale campus recruiting efforts and attract top talent from universities nationwide.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the process.
• Attend and facilitate career fairs, campus events, and on‑site program events.
• Apply an analytical approach, leveraging data, statistics, and trends to inform recruiting decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
• At least one year of professional work experience; campus recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong appetite to learn quantitative interview techniques.
• Demonstrated event‑planning skills with evidence of successful execution.
• Interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
• Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
