Quality Manager – Concrete Systems Division

About the role

ITW is seeking a Quality Manager for its Concrete Systems Division, overseeing quality processes for the Danley, Reid and Ramset brands across Australia and New Zealand. The role combines safety leadership, ISO 9001 audit management, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 audit preparation and ensure successful annual certification for three brands.
• Manage the Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) dashboard, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive investigations.
• Oversee document control for manufacturing processes and product compliance documentation.
• Coordinate process control systems with engineering and operations, including change management and systematic testing.
• Maintain traceability through certificates of conformance, batch test certificates and QC inspection linkage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality testing of raw materials and finished goods, including operation of testing equipment.
• Strong ability to conduct investigations for non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with leadership or management responsibilities.
