Quality Improvement Partner

About the role
The Quality Improvement Partner will work within the Quality and Safety Unit of the Royal Women’s Hospital to drive clinical excellence. You will plan, implement and evaluate quality improvement projects across a range of services, using data from incident reviews, audits and patient feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and stakeholders to design, scope and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
- Convene and facilitate working groups, workshops and focus groups to engage staff and consumers.
- Deliver education, training and coaching related to each improvement project.
- Build capability among clinical staff to participate in audits, guideline reviews and training activities.
Required profile
- Experience as a health professional, preferably in the public health sector.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing change.
- Ability to lead, influence and engage multidisciplinary teams.

- Pro‑rated salary between $111,103 and $119,553 per year.
