Purchase to Pay System Support Officer

About the role

Airservices Australia, a government-owned organisation managing 11% of the world's airspace and providing aviation rescue and firefighting services, is looking for a Purchase to Pay System Support Officer. The role supports the digital procurement platform iBuy, built on SAP Ariba, and helps deliver efficient purchasing and supplier management across the organisation. It is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid arrangement based in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Support the digital purchasing platform iBuy (underpinned by SAP Ariba).
• Work directly with business users and suppliers to help them understand and use the system.
• Provide guidance, training and system support, and troubleshoot user enquiries and issues.
• Contribute to improvements that improve the user experience across the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, system users and external suppliers and help drive user adoption of system processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration or supplier management.
• Experience providing system, process or user support in a business environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across business groups and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, policies and compliance frameworks is highly regarded.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, as a background check is required.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP Ariba, including procurement transactions, supplier enablement, contract workspaces or user support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
