Proposal Specialist

About the role

The Proposal Specialist will coordinate and manage resources across the bid lifecycle for large, complex submissions. Based in Brisbane, you will work with senior stakeholders to craft compelling proposals that align with AECOM’s brand and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive coordination of all resources across ROI, tendering, interview preparation and debriefs.
• Translate technical offerings into clear value propositions and persuasive messaging.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Maintain high editorial quality, client focus, and commercial integrity in all submissions.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in proposal or bid management roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Flexible, resilient and able to perform under tight deadlines.
