Field Marketing Manager – Asia

About the role

Jensen Hughes is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across Korea, Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia. You will work closely with regional leaders, technical experts and the global marketing team to build brand visibility and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns, including thought‑leadership content, webinars, podcasts, case studies, social media, email and event support.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, regional leaders and business development specialists to identify regional marketing needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Adapt marketing plans to regional and cultural differences while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Work with graphic designers, digital marketers and internal communications to develop supporting materials.
• Use marketing data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to campaign performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) or professional services consulting sector.
• Professional proficiency in Korean, English and Mandarin.
• Strong technical writing and copywriting skills, with experience using AP style.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Content creation for social media platforms (WeChat, Webo, Naver, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Digital campaign management (organic and paid).
• Adobe InDesign and Adobe Express.
• Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and MS Teams.
• Brandfolder (digital asset management) and email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM (preferred).
