About the role
We are seeking a Proposal & Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. You will use a data‑driven approach to identify, pursue, and win new client projects for our React.js, Next.js, and AI product services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
- Review client requirements and craft tailored, high‑quality proposals aligned with their needs.
- Write, refine, and optimise proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning, and brand consistency.
- Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
- Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and maintain consistent daily output.
- Analyse proposal data to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies.
- Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
- Provide regular reports and insights on pipeline activity to management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to self‑review written work.
- Independent, proactive working style and comfort with cross‑functional, international teams.
- Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
- Sales‑oriented mindset focused on client needs and value communication.
- Interest in improving processes, optimising workflows, and increasing efficiency.
- A degree in Business Analytics or related field is a plus.
- Experience with technical writing or working alongside developers is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong English writing skills (minimum B2‑C1 level).
- Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and lead drafting.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
