Property Manager

About the role

Boffo Real Estate, an award-winning agency in Adelaide, is looking for a passionate and professional Property Manager to manage a well-maintained residential portfolio. The role offers full autonomy and strong support from a Team Leader, Leasing Consultants and an administration team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rent arrears professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs accurately and carefully
• Carry out routine and outgoing property inspections
• Screen applications and manage open inspections
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Attend tribunal hearings when required

Required profile

• Current Property Management Licence (essential)
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Current South Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and good time management

Required skills

• Strong administrative and computer skills
• PropertyTree experience is a bonus
